Introduction to eS.BON

eS.BON online credit rating report provides information on the credit rating of companies based in Slovenia. It is available in Slovene and English language. The credit rating report also includes the SB credit rating score, determined using the AJPES S.BON model. The model complies with Basel II rules, allowing corporate banks to use these ratings in the calculation of capital requirements for credit risks. The credit rating indicates a company's ability to settle its obligations over a 12-month period after the date of preparing financial statements.

eS.BON contains

general company information collected from various public registries (Slovenian Business Register, Register of Transaction Accounts etc.),
the credit rating which complies with Basel II rules (current rating), model-based credit rating scores based on 2008 and 2007 annual reports and all interim changes of model-based ratings with explanations of the reasons for such changes (specifications of non-payment events which affected the change of scores),
information on short-term payment discipline,
company data and indicators for the past five years,
data and indicators for the company's industry and the company's position within the industry,
revenues and expenses in the current year,
access to data and contents of the Court Register,
access to published annual reports (audited, consolidated),
possibility of analysing media stories.

Purpose of eS.BON

to assess the business partner's ability to settle its obligations,
for assessing the business entity's creditworthiness,
to present the company's operations to business partners and others,
• to provide a quick and simple overview of the company's credit rating,
other purposes.

Price of eS.BON

payment can be done via the e-payments system or using the Moneta payment service, and the price for the credit rating report is EUR 30.00 (excl. VAT),
the eS.BON package service can be paid by subscribers directly to AJPES's bank account, awarding them bonus points which can be used to gradually obtain eS.BON credit rating reports.
