AJPES provides the public with information from the Slovenian Business Register in the following two ways:

direct access to information via the ePRS application
providing printouts of data from the Slovenian Business Register

What does it comprise?

The ePRS application allows the user access to data on individual entries within the Slovenian Business Register performing economic activities within the territory of the Republic of Slovenia (it currently contains around 220,000 units). The units of the Slovenian Business Register are:

companies (partnerships and corporations),
sole proprietors,
others and specific users of the unified chart of accounts,
legal entities governed by private law,
societies,
natural persons performing registered or regulated activities,
subsidiaries and other divisions of business entities
main offices of foreign business entities, and
other units.

Different registration data is available for each unit recorded in the Slovenian Business Register (identification number, company name, tax number, details on representatives and founders, etc.).

Updating

Data is updated daily.

Usage

You can view information on individual units recorded in the Slovenian Business Register on the basis of the entered search criteria.

Printouts of data from the Slovenian Business Register

AJPES provides interested users with regular printouts of data extracted from the database of the Slovenian Business Register. Users can order a printout of data by filling out a purchase order form for the printout of data from the Slovenian Business Register (one-time printout) or sign a contract with AJPES to purchase data regularly, on a weekly or monthly basis.

The data printout is available in standardized short or long-format. Description is available in: Table structure used for compiling data from the Slovenian Business Register.

Printouts of data ordered via purchase order are sent by AJPES via e-mail, floppy disk, CD-ROM or in paper hardcopy. Contractual users pick up data from the AJPES server using a username and password.

Pricing

Data printouts from the Slovenian Business Register are priced in accordance with Specification of Compensatory Fees for re-use of public information of Slovenian Business Register (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, no. 68/09).

Register of Assigned Registration Numbers in accordance with the Land Registry Act

Pursuant to Article 25 of the Land Registry Act (Official Gazette of the RS, No. 58/03), AJPES keeps the Register of Assigned Registration Numbers for foreign legal entities allowing to enter their rights over real property in the land registry. This register is updated on a monthly basis. (See Links).
