JOLP – the public posting of annual reports allows users to review annual reports which
companies (including cooperatives) and sole proprietors have submitted to AJPES in accordance with Article 58 of the
Slovenian Companies Act. JOLP allows the user to review publicly posted annual reports of a company,
cooperative or sole proprietor for the last two years. A printout of annual reports for the preceding years
can be obtained through AJPES's branch offices.
The last public posting of annual reports for the year 2010 was on 16.01.2012.
Up to that day, 57.336 annual reports submitted by companies (including cooperatives) and 71.725 annual reports
submitted by sole proprietors had been published for the financial year 2010.
Of the total publicly posted annual reports of companies (including cooperatives), 1.888 are audited and 571 are
consolidated annual reports.
